This Key Support Level Was Just Set

The stock market went to the edge of the cliff on Thursday. It looked over the edge, and decided “not yet”. This leaves Thursday low as significant going forward. A small bounce from here wouldn’t surprise, but by next week expect to see a close under the Thursday low. We are still early in the process. There is disbelief in a decline and dip buying is still the mentality. Trends do not usually give up without a fight, so bounce here quite reasonable. I still believe all bounces are a chance to go short.
