META recently tested the lower band of its Keltner Channel, a volatility-based indicator that helps identify when price may be stretched beyond its typical trading range.

The stock has begun to rebound from that lower boundary, suggesting selling pressure may be easing. At the same time, the RSI has turned higher from the lower portion of its range, indicating downside momentum may be fading. When price begins recovering from the lower Keltner Channel while momentum improves, traders often watch for the potential for a move back toward the middle or upper portion of the channel.
I wish you the very best,
Wendy
