On September 28, we noted, “Keep an eye on exploding shares of Costco (COST). Most recently, the company gave investors plenty to like in its latest earnings report. Shoppers spent more at its warehouses, membership fees grew, and online sales climbed. Revenue also came in above Wall Street’s expectations.”Yet, the stock was oversold at $915. Today, COST is up to $998.27 and is now technically stretched to the upside. If you bought COST on our note, you may want to consider taking wins and potentially buying a put on the COST stock. After exploding from a low of about $887 to its current price of $998.27, it’s stretched on RSI, MACD, Williams’ %R, and Full Stochastics.

Sincerely,
Ian Cooper
