What To Know As The Market Goes Wild

As I said last time expect new highs followed by some strong zig zags in both directions through the end of the year. Certainly believe we will get at least one, probably two short scary downside moves by year end. The up thrusts will be equally impressive. This will be a tough market to trade. Easy to lose a lot quickly.

Theoretically you can make a lot quickly too, but knowing when to let a profit run, and when to take it before it evaporates in a relative blink is the tough part. Don’t chase. Wait till you are good and scared by a decline. Then hold your nose and buy something. That’s my best advice. The TLT bond ETF needs time to digest its rally. The 97’s are likely buyable but will see if and when it gets there.
