After a steep drop in the stock, the President of the company just bough 50,000 shares.  The CFO and Senior VP bought 30,000 shares. And a company director just bought about 2,000 shares of the stock.  While the stock isn’t technically attractive, insiders won’t usually invest unless they believe the stock has a catalyst.

Recent earnings weren’t so hot either.  However, the company did say its margins are starting to recover, and that it sees gross margins recovering to its historical average again. Crisis could become opportunity for the down and out stock now trading at less than a quarter of sales.
