After a dip at the open, the tug of war has gone on throughout the session with bulls unwilling to let go. Heading into the close we are seeing tech down for the day but up from intraday lows. Oil is basically flat through the day but no optimism offered on Iran.

The USO trade dipped a little from an open around $10.50 down to about $9.25. With no solution rising up, this is still a hold in my book. I am going to watch for a gap overnight in our favor.

Another ticker popped on the radar today (as often happens on Mondays) that I am adding to the watch list. Here’s the chart (and a link to see where money is shifting to now):

MAR is holding tight to the top of the Keltner Channel. That has been a sweet spot for this ticker and while the trend looks like it is simply continuing, this latest bump up is in the headwind of a broader down day.

We will keep an eye on this and see what it looks like tomorrow.

Keep learning and trade wisely,

We have talked about how tough this market is and Blane has spotted a signal that has been telegraphing where money is rotating to. Don’t miss this event. Tomorrow at 1pm ET. Here’s the link.
