The BAC trade went south quick. But the RTX trade is looking like our winner for this week. Hopefully you grabbed some profit from bargain we spotted in PCG. It has cooled off and if you haven’t locked in the gain make sure you do.

These trades are a great example of how the road to income trading is like a stagger. You can’t always stay right on the line but you have to stay between the ditches. Losers are part of the game but cutting them quick is the key. We took a shot on the BAC calls but jumping out kept us alive to look for the next trade.

If you missed the RTX play, it isn’t too late. With the rest of the market feeling some heavy gravity, this rocket is taking off. Oh, and there is another trade we talked about a while ago that you may want to look back at. Let’s check it out.

RTX confirmed the bullish crossover in the MACD and the big signal that shows this is an attractive trade is the up day in spite of the market being down. That is a sign of serious momentum for this move. The same trade we looked at on Monday for those Dec calls gives us time for this to play out and although it has moved up slightly it is still a good trade to consider.

Way back in Sept we looked at a trade that would be a long bet that the market would correct before the end of the year. Here is the bad news, good news. The trade has dropped since we looked at it but that was somewhat expected. It took a Dec expiration, which was pretty far out at the time and gave us room for things to move a bunch before turning our way. The good news is that if you didn’t believe me then, you can grab it now and you are set to have a high probability position that you will like. Think of it as being the second mouse getting the cheese.

Keep learning and trade wisely,
