The forces around the markets right now are like a thunderstorm. The election will have everyone’s attention today and could move things all on its own. But throw in bombings in the Strait of Hormuz and oil, which was edging down, is looking to spike again. The AI bubble has a leak and it is unclear if it can be patched.

Oh, and then there is the rest of the thousands of tickers that are still offering up potential trades.

Let walk through what we are watching this week and update based on how things are shaping up. We have a very cheap bargain option, broader market trade to play the AI slide, a total outlier on the watchlist and now we’ll add a way to grab an oil bargain.

Take a look.

I wait up Sunday nights looking for one email to hit my box. It is a trade that I can plug in to my app in a minute and then I sleep like a baby. It has a killer winning streak and it only cost me $1 to get on the list. Check it out here.

Oil fell hard yesterday and with news of increased conflict restricting tanker traffic it is realistic to expect prices to rise. the ETF USO offers a simple way to trade this move. Dec 18 165 calls are at 9.65 before the open this morning. Pick thi sup at the open has potential to turn a quick profit.

Our super cheap Albertsons put trade is still out there. It went against us a bit yesterday but is pretty vulnerable to the broader market unsteadiness. We had this in the higher risk category so it make take a bit bigger swing to get where we want it.

Hartford (HIG) didn’t give us the signal we were looking for to trigger an entry on the put trade, but it is still one to watch.

From a broader market perspective we are looking at a further decline in tech. Since the attempt at a recovery failed yesterday that shows significant force to the downside. Scooping up some SQQQ calls (the inverse QQQ ETF) as noted in yesterday’s evening update looks like the way to go.

Gonna be a very big day so keep an eye out for an update.

Keep learning and trade wisely,
