Don’t Let The Fed Announcement Fool You

It’s been a good run for me in 2024 but 13 trading days ago, I got out of longs and said it is low probability to continue to push the long side. So far the small probability has been the outcome as the market traded sideways for 10 days before another leg up Wednesday with a well received FOMC announcement.

I don’t have any great insight. As I say often because it’s so important…. Patience Pays. And until I see a higher probability outcome I am out of the market on either side and will just be patient till I can trade on my own terms.
